All products will be shipped by UPS Standard service. However some destinations require UPS Express service, which will be charged and listen on the invoice. Delivery times differ per country and can be checked on the official UPS website. In order to guarantee maximum service, your goods are insured for damages during transport. Please check if the package is damaged at them moment it is offered to you. Damages can be reported to , by sending shipping and invoice details.

Instruments are equipped with up to date firmware and basic functionality, which is specified per item in the web shop. Additional functionality by firmware upgrade or OAF can be purchased from the official Topcon-Sokkia distributor in the customer’s country of residence. Technical support contracts or extended warranty can be obtained from the local Topcon-Sokkia distributor, based on our Total Case policy.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payments are made in advance by using one of the following services:

• MasterCard/Visa/eMaestro
• Bank transfer

Prices in the web shop are listed in Euro, excluding VAT, transport, import duties and other taxes. Prior to the payment, VAT and the cost for transport are calculated by a special module based on shipping address. Companies registering with a valid VAT number are able to pay the goods without VAT.

You can benefit from special promotions by entering the special discount code on the shopping card when finishing the order process. These discount codes are distributed occasionally by email during sales campaigns. Fraudulent transactions like using questionable credit cards will be reported to the authorities.
